• “Warehouse organization has been optimized because we’ve been able to set the fundamental guidelines within the program’s ‘Company Defaults’ to work the way we work. We define our zones and routes and the system takes care of the correct pallet label accordingly. This virtually eliminates the error of overlooking freight by ensuring it gets stored in the proper warehouse location and eventually loaded onto the correct outbound truck.
The program has enabled us to reduce the time it takes to prepare trucks for loading. Prior programs, although automated, involved hours of shuffling papers based on weight, destination and truck capacity, which can now be done in minutes, thanks to this system’s real-time data flow. We load the trucks on-screen and can even change out freight (on-screen) from one truck to another and still have accurate weights and pallet counts instantly!
Once the trucks are loaded and underway, the order information from each truck generates auto-rated invoices to ensure accuracy in billing; we invoice exactly what shipped. The rate structure for billing can be customized, and flexibility in billing defaults has been built right in to the system, allowing us to specify repeat transactions. For example: when a specific shipper calls in an order, we can specify an ‘auto fill’ transaction that will automatically set up the shipping and billing addresses based on our pre-set criteria – we’re able to save time and ensure an accurate transaction each time. This system has shortened the invoicing process by over 75%!!!”

• “This program has significantly improved the speed and accuracy of the accounts receivable function; it has streamlined the processing of invoices, past due notices, statements and credit memos; it has even contributed to an overall increase in cash flow due primarily to flexibility of data reporting.
In the past we had accounts with open invoices over six months old because it was difficult to manage the large volume of paper invoices. With the on-screen real-time “grid” reporting capabilities provided by this system, we are able to quickly identify invoices or customers with potential issues to be addressed before they become past due.
